How can I practice gratitude daily?

A simple way to practice gratitude is to reflect on one specific blessing each day and tie it back to God as the giver. Over time, this trains your heart to see His hand in the ordinary.

What if I feel guilty for being blessed while others struggle?

God's blessings are meant to be received with thanksgiving, not guilt. However, abundance is often given so that we might also become a river of blessing to others.
